Log into your Mineblock account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware for functionality; once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
